Pike's Peak Run

Today, I ran the Pike's Peak 10k run. It's a great route, following a big road between two metro stops. It also quite flat, and good for doing a quick time.

The weather was perfect, and I tried to get a good in-race photo:



I had a good run, at just under 8 min mile pace. Final time about 48 mins (still waiting for the official time...)

A beautiful day today. Just went for a walk with Sarah and her Mum who is visiting this weekend
